Myron M. Cherry & Associates has filed suit against the City of Chicago seeking a refund of fines paid by motorists who were issued automated speed camera violations in school safety zones on non-school days, including during this past summer break. The lawsuit also seeks to have the City void all warning and violations issued during non-school days.
