Most of the cases taken by the firm involve high stakes commercial litigation, which are carefully evaluated, some times for weeks or months, before the assignment is accepted. The firm is no stranger to taking on large, well-funded organizations and opposing law firms. In many instances, the firm has achieved success with cases that other lawyers had suggested were not winnable, and in the process, changed the law.
